How RKGG Cashback Works
RKGG Cashback is our loyalty reward that puts money back into your account. It is calculated weekly based on your eligible real-money play and the VIP tier you have reached. The cashback is automatically credited to your RKGG wallet at the end of each week. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier and is capped to prevent over-rewarding. Some games count toward turnover differently; check your dashboard for the exact rules per game type.
VIP Tiers and Cashback Caps
Our six-tier loyalty program includes Classic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. To qualify for a tier, you must meet the monthly deposit threshold:
- Classic: from 30 MYR per month
- Bronze: from 8,888 MYR
- Silver: from 88,888 MYR
- Gold: from 288,888 MYR
- Platinum: from 588,888 MYR
- Diamond: from 1,188,888 MYR
- Bronze, Silver, Gold: up to 688 MYR weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1,288 MYR weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 2,888 MYR weekly cashback
Earn, Track, and Withdraw
Cashback is calculated on eligible play and credited automatically each week to your RKGG wallet. To withdraw, you must satisfy a wagering requirement on the combined amount of your deposits and cashback. A typical turnover threshold is 3x before withdrawal. Some games may be excluded from turnover; your dashboard shows exact eligibility for each game type.
Cashback credits are valid for 30 days from credit. Winnings from cashback are included in the turnover calculations where applicable.
Important Rules
- One account per player and per household. Violations will lead to disqualification and loss of winnings.
